Nishita Ajmera is a result oriented trainer & in her corporate avatar, prior to being full time coach, she has worked in fortune 500 companies in Banking, E- commerce & telecom. Her last corporate role was with HDFC Bank as a Manager- Training & quality, Mumbai & Ahmedabad.
She brings over a decade plus of experience as a Training & Quality manager,including training, quality, consulting & coaching roles.
Currently she helps companies identify the GAP that is preventing them from achieving their desired goals by getting to the bottom of the problems faced repeatedly, identify appropriate solutions, train the employees on the much required skills & leverage companies to achieve their business goals.Over time she has impacted over 1,00,000 people & trained over 20,000 individuals.
